The Tippecanoe High School girls cross country team turned in a strong performance at the MVL Championships, finishing third in a competitive race. The top four teams were closely matched, making for a great day of racing and competition. The girls competed well and gave the team plenty to be proud of as we head into the postseason.

Leading the way for Tipp was Delainey Stout, who placed third-place, followed by Sydney LaBreck in seventh and Delia Parrott in 14th. Mary Waibel finished 22nd, and Kali Greth placed 24th. Rounding out the varsity lineup were Lucia Ranly in 25th and Violet Ramsay in 29th.

LaBreck had a great race, setting a new personal best by 18-seconds, while Waibel improved her personal best by 12 seconds. Aubrey Davis also recorded a season-best time, and Claire Sutton, Meredith Borger, and Ela Van Oss each earned new personal records. As a team, the girls recorded 11 personal-best times and seven season-best times; a great way to end the regular season.

We are proud of the effort and progress the girls have shown throughout the season. We are excited to carry this momentum into the postseason!
