Hard work paid off in a big way for the Tippecanoe JV boys cross country team at the Anna Invitational, where the Red Devils delivered a remarkable showcase of growth, grit, and personal bests. It was a true milestone day for the squad, headlined by seven runners setting new personal record (PR) times.
Among the most celebrated performances of the day were those of Adonai Schafer and Jaxson Artz, who both broke through long-standing barriers. Both Schafer and Artz had been relentlessly chasing a new PR since their freshman year, and their perseverance finally paid off on Saturday as both crossed the finish line with landmark performances.
