The Tipp XC High School varsity boys team delivered a standout performance Saturday morning at the Trinity Valkyrie Invitational in Louisville, Kentucky, powering their way to a third-place overall team finish.
Leading the charge for the Red Devils was Everett Muhlenkamp, who secured an impressive second place finish in the Varsity 5K with a season best time of 16:13. Coming off an individual victory at the Mason Invitational, Muhlenkamp maintained his strong momentum at the top of the lineup.
It was a banner day for time milestones across the squad, as multiple runners set new benchmark times for the season on the fast Kentucky course:
-Eli Ramos clocked a season-best time of 16:58.
-Seth Shroyer set a season best and shattered the 18-minute barrier for the first time in his career, crossing the line in 17:48.
-Noah Heisey registered a season best with a time of 18:08.
-Jaden Long set a personal record (PR), finishing in 18:33.
Rounding out the varsity team efforts were Lukas Heitbrink (18:59) and Oliver Ranly (19:20), helping solidify Tipp’s strong third place team result.
