Congratulations to Everett Muhlenkamp, a senior on the varsity cross country team, for being named the Athlete of the Week for Sept. 14th. Coach Lieber shared that Everett won the D2 Mason Invitational this past week, helping our team finish 2nd overall out of 20 teams. This was his first solo win of a race in his high school career. Everett led the race from start to finish, leading each mile and crossing the finish line in 16:55, 15 seconds ahead of the runner-up.

Beyond his performance on the course, Everett is also a captain and a very strong leader for our team. He has taken on a great role in mentoring several of our freshmen and has been a great example for the younger athletes on the team.
