The Lady Red Devils took on the Butler Aviators in a Div. III District Semi-Final at Springfield HS. This was the third match-up between the MVL rivals on the season. Tipp won the first two rather easily, but they always say it is tough to beat a team for the third time. Tippecanoe left little doubt who was the better team. With the 49-32 victory, Tipp sweeps the three game series over Butler. The win improves the Lady Devils to 22-2 on the season and advances them to a District Final on Saturday where they will take on the Western Brown Broncos at Lakota West HS at 3 PM. Abbi Mader 13, Liv Hiser 12, Savannah Clawson 8, Morgan Sessions 7, and Mady Turner 9 contributed to a very balanced offensive attack.

The victory tonight was the 1000th victory in program history. Tippecanoe's program started in 1970 and the Red Devils became the third school in Ohio to ever accomplish one thousand victories. Congratulations to this year's team, as well as, all of the former players and coaches that contributed to this amazing accomplishment!
