The Tippecanoe Boys Cross Country team captured the Southwest District title this weekend in Cedarville, finishing 1st out of 22 teams with a dominant team effort.
Leading the charge was Landon Kimmel, who blazed to victory in 15:25, claiming the individual District Championship. Everett Muhlenkamp and Eli Ramos weren’t far behind, finishing 3rd (16:45) and 4th (16:50) respectively. Luke Schwieterman continued his strong postseason with a 6th-place finish (17:00) to round out a stellar top four.
Ben Pierson (17th – 17:46) and Elias Stienecker (18th – 17:49) packed up beautifully to secure the win, while Sam Stark (29th – 18:17) added solid depth to the Red Devil lineup.
This performance once again showed Tipp’s trademark toughness, depth, and teamwork. Next up — Regionals in Troy next weekend, where the Devils look to keep the momentum rolling!
