The Tippecanoe Red Devils desperately needed to be tested. The Coldwater Cavaliers , the defending state champions, were the perfect team to deliver that test. Tipp came out on fire by taking the first two sets 25-8 and 25-9. Coldwater settled in during the third set and handed the Red Devils their first dropped set of the season 16-25. The fourth proved to be pure entertainment for volleyball lovers. Both teams went back and forth before Tipp finally prevailed 27-25 to take the match. The Red Devils improved to 20-0 overall and are 16-0 in the MVL. The Lady Red Devils will host Sidney on Tuesday for Senior Night before traveling to Butler on Thursday to try to wrap up an MVL championship.
