Racing Recap:

This weekend, most of our Varsity and Senior athletes traveled to Louisville, KY to race in the Trinity-Valkyrie Invitational, and they did not disappoint. Delainey Stout led the way with an impressive 3rd-place finish and a personal best time of 19:56. She was followed closely by Sydney Labreck, Mary Waibel, Lauren Anderson (who ran a season-best at 22:16), and Abby Hogge. Audrey Jackson also achieved another personal best of 24:21. Our seniors showed great leadership, and their positive energy helped fuel the entire team. The team placed 4th out of 18 teams.

Meanwhile, the rest of the girls raced at the Miami County Invitational, where Jordan Boose led the pack, followed by Delia Parrott who had an outstanding race, running a personal best of 23:42, shaving off over 50 seconds from her previous time! Finishing out the top five of the team were Aubrey Bryson, as well as Aubrey Ernst (24:40) and Ela Van Oss (24:50) who also achieved personal bests, showing steady improvement.

All of our athletes are making great strides as we move into the second half of the season. The hard work and dedication are clearly paying off, and we are excited to continue building momentum toward our goals. Keep up the great work, ladies!
