Tippecanoe Varsity A defeated Troy 4-1 to move to 2-0 on the season with convincing wins on all 4 courts won. On the First Singles court Bre Kovaleski battled against the defending conference player of the year Nina Short dropping the match in a close 4-6 1-6 match. Kovaleski record moves to 1-1 in Conference and overall. Maddy Lieber got her first official win of the year on 2nd singles court defeating Kimber Connors 6-4 6-2 to start her record at 1-0 overall and in conference - first match was halted due to thunder. In the same boat of not finishing her first match due to Thunder Jillian Schroeder cruised to a 6-1 6-0 victory over Mary White on the 3rd Singles Court to start 1-0. On the first doubles court Mary Waibel and Eve McCormick cruised to a quick 6-1 6-2 win over Lutz/Romberger returning First Team all MVL doubles players. McCormick and Waibel move to 2-0 overall and in the MVL. Sammi Kozen and Penny Bathgate won 6-2 6-1 in 2nd doubles to also move to 2-0 overall and in the MVL.

Varsity B also defeated Troy 4-1 to move to 2-0 on the season and against MVL teams. Tippecanoe swept the singles courts with Callie Battson winning at first singles 6-1 6-0. Addy Lange won 6-3 6-0 as did Scarlett Taylor won 6-1 6-1. On the doubles courts the first doubles pairing of Eve Clune and Clara Cantrell were defeated 1-6 2-6 and the 2nd Doubles pairing of Hadley Maggard and Abbey Fuller won 6-1 6-2
